Spa Etiquette


  • PRE VISIT

    We want to tell you what you can expect from your visit here, what the treatment procedure is and what you should think about during your visit.

  • ARRIVAL

    Be on time, 5-10 min before your scheduled appointment, to calm down and have a cup of tea. Delay will shorten your treatment.

  • BOOKINGS

    Book in time, online, in the store or by phone. Notify us if you have any illness, allergies, are pregnant or anything else that we should know before your treatment.

  • CANCELLATION

    Must be done no later than 24 hours before treatment, otherwise full price will be charged.

  • HEALTH CONDITION

    We treat you when you are well so if you have fever and / or viral infection, another acute illness or infectious skin disease, we need to change your appointment.

  • ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

    We do not treat or serve people affected by alcohol or other drugs.

  • TREATMENT COURSES

    Our estheticians tailor treatment courses to your needs and desires. Contact us for more information.

  • PREGNANCY

    We have treatments that are suitable during pregnancy therefore let us know if you are pregnant so we can recommend the right treatment and product. Please note that we do not perform massage during the first trimester.

  • RETAIL

    We are skin care experts so let our expertise be your guide to the perfct products for your skin condition and wish for results. Contact our staff or your esthetician.

  • SPA ETIQUETTE

    We all want a quiet, relaxing and stress-free environment so please keep down your voice in the treatment lounge and turn off the sound on your mobile.

  • CHILDREN

    Children are welcome in the guardians party. For treatment, we have an age limit of 8 years. Contact the staff if you have any questions. Guardian is responsible for their children and remember that we should always maintain a relaxing environment in the treatment lounge.

  • REFUND POLICY

    Unopened retail products can be returned within 30 days together with the original receipt..

  • GIFT CARDS

    We have gift cards for purchases where you choose a personalized amount. These gift certificates apply to all BABOR retailers (Salons / Spa hotels etc.) in Sweden.

  • DRESSCODE

    For facials you take off your clothes on the upper body and get covered with a towel. For body treatments, you take off all the clothes, we provide with disposable underwear. We use towel technique so that only the body part we work on is not covered by towel, the rest of the body is always covered.

  • LOSS OR DAMAGE

    We are not responsible for any loss or damage to your personal valuables.

  • ELEVATOR

    We at Babor are constantly working to make the environment a step down in teratment lonunge available to everyone. At the moment, we are unfortunately unable to offer a lift or transport down to our treatment lonunge.
